The defendant was found guilty of 1st degree murder. Sentencing will be 10/25/2018. Good news!!

Jury is hung 11–1 as of today. They were released and will return on Monday to resume deliberations. Thanks.

The jury requested a written report of the defendants testimony which will take time. Unfortunately looking like verdict will not be reached until possibly mid to late next week. Will update the thread if I get new information. Thanks Niner.

Trial will be starting Monday 9/10

They had a local news video camera set up at one of the hearing earlier in the year so I would imagine yes they will have it covered again. I can not say 100% though. I update the thread with any new information I receive later today or possibly tomorrow.

Hello niner, they are still in jury selection and the trial has a small chance of starting Friday but a really strong chance of starting Monday the 10th. I will have more information tomorrow night. Thanks.

The case will start pretrial motions on august 30th and start picking a jury 9/4.
