I will never be able to remove the smell of dead deer from my memory. The smell of my dog after she rolled in them. So horrid.

People have been struck by snakes that have been presumed dead - but I really don't think anyone or any dog has ever been struck by a dead snake.

I too, was referring to the smell of dead squirrel. No one would joke that way about Caylee. It's a very emotional case for everyone - I think you just maybe let your thoughts run to places our words weren't intending. :)

It is true. Our squirrels are sticky. Just the other day I was jogging and accidentally ran into one and it flew up onto my shirt and got stuck there for days. I tried everything - Goo Gone - chloroform. The smell of decomposition was hard to live with.

I don't think it's juvenile either - I can't help but ask myself HOW WHY why do they do these things.

You know Janet, now that you say that I can recall that happening with the washcloth also. That's a very good point. My little 4yo panics if water accidentally runs down her face instead of the back of her head when I'm rising her hair. That's just so amazingly sad.
