John is showing as incarcerated in Dannemora but his case is still not showing in the online NYS court system. My cousin has a court date in Suffolk at the end of the month which is showing so the site is working. I still have no idea what this means.

In my experience with social services in NY, employed or not Asa would be considered under Rex's income as his spouse. Her son is diagnosed with a disability and is eligible regardless of his parents income.

I agree, but in my 1st marriage I was terrified of him, however, to others I seemed strong because no one else was trying to break me. I obviously don't know Asa but perhaps she's the same way. I was very in charge of my work life, home was a nightmare.
