The tattoos look very much like they were done by the same tattoo artist. The outlining of them is nearly identical in thickness and the style is near exact. It would seem that the tattoo artist question or connection is a plausible one.

I think it is plausible that they would, especially since this is such an active case in MSM. Great question/insight. It seems though, from what I am reading, that it is mostly people not related to LE that are making the observation that this could be a woman.
