I have to agree, there is little doubt that someone heard something. I have been to this area of Cumberland Beach and the houses are VERY close together. It is hard to imagine that there was no indication to the neighbors that there was a struggle underway.

I think this thread deserves a Bump back into peoples radar. The Long Island serial killer cases are cold but that doesnt mean we get to stop looking. I have been looking over the case in greater detail today, obviously inspired by the recent drive to find the identities of the remaining...

The guy had to have been on more than just booze. Either that or he had significant psychological problems to begin with. Either way this is a horrible crime.

Speaking as an Orillia native this is a case that still haunts our community. This little girl deserves justice.
