What has happened? I forgot and thought sentencing was in 3 days...

Yeah sentencing isn't going to be today.

Why? Objective vs Subjective when it's the same instance. It's one or the other, at least you'd imagine.

I doubt he'll even get 10 years.

She just disregarded Eventualis on the same grounds she just seemingly said he was guilty of negligence!

She just described Eventualis! FACEPALM!

So surely that goes towards Eventualis? But she already disregarded...

She just contradicted herself by saying him firing at the door would have known it could have hit or damaged someone!
