I love how the attorney said "I hope it will come out that this was a tragic accident." That is typical attorney speak. He knows that is the only defense he can hope to give this guy because John has already lied about knowing Gavin.

i just heard the police officer speak about Gavin's remains being able to be recovered. Then why haven't they been? He says without going into gruesome detail, his remains could be recovered. That makes it sound like he knows where they are located. Am I the only one who thought that?
