I've been looking at GBC and NBCs phone records again. They were both in the Yatala area from around 5pm to 7pm on Friday 20th .... ?

I posted that I saw police cars etc there on July 19. I believe the BCs were there too. Maybe the warrant was obtained on the 13th but not executed until the 19th? HMO

Dr Watson, I believe there are two Michael Byrne SC's in Queensland. I may have this all wrong but one seems to be a government lawyer (the one who is prosecuting in the Morcombe case) and then there is another who represented Patel in 2010. I wonder which one is representing GBC? It is off...

Thank you Lycheefarmer but alleged assault is vastly different to murder. QLD police have hopefully learned from the Morcombe and Sica cases to conduct their investigation very carefully and thoroughly this time.
