IMO, seems like Cindy Short has done more than anyone else on the "defense" to help find the baby. Worries me that she's the one they wanted to get rid of.

Not sure this is accurate. I believe that the mom could have refused to allow the search. It doesn't matter that the house was officially in his name...
Police need the help of innocent parents to find the baby. I agree that police aren't always on the up and up and don't always do everything right, but IMO I don't see the family helping find their baby like they should.
