I can't seem to find anything on the color of "Shadow Nelson"s jogging suit aside from Charley Project. I'm thinking they went by the actor's clothing in the reenactment.
For whatever reason, most inquiries like NamUS and NCMEC neglect to mention the stranger in the jogging suit. A retired detective for her case wasn't impressed with its portrayal in the media; wouldn't surprise me if that's the reason.

Nyleen's birth father is a man named William Roy Briscoe. Nancy was murdered in the Radisson Paraiso Hotel in Mexico City. Kim had a job transfer. The siblings are private about this.
I'm starting to think the guy from Wisconsin had nothing to do with Nyleen's case at all. Just a former Montanian who knew what he knew through gossip and Montana newspapers that go into way more detail on the case than just "went missing at a picnic; children near her saw a guy in a jogging...
I found it, but neither her nor Nyleen state anything about DNA. I know they've gotten Nyleen's dad (not Kim Marshall, who is really her step-father/adopted father) DNA in the late 90's
