i'm just curious if he was a habitual meth user or if he was dosed somehow... Meth isn't a pretty drug and habitual users tend to have alot of signs they are using.

Hes not listed as an inmate in the county jail so if hes being held in Cumberland hes probably in WCI or North Branch, its not uncommon for Inmates from Baltimore to end up out here... most of them are from Baltimore in the prison up here

I think this is only true depending on where you live. I had a guy walk thru my property running from the police a few weeks back.. we saw him on the camera, but 3 different neighbors houses who all have cameras couldn't pick up the car that drove over and picked him up... they caught him but...

I've seen interviews with awp where they state that the tow truck driver checked out to be credible but they couldn't put all the information they have in the video because it's an ongoing investigation..they have said this several times a out parts of their video that there is more than what...

I would agree to this...when I was 16 I was 50 lbs lighter than I am now and still had a mich higher tolerance for alcohol...on thw other hand just a thought I want to throw out there...as easily as keily could have been drink it would have been just as easy for her to fake being drunk so that...

Also over the 2 weeks in the water the body would have to float under the seats if the car was upside down...I don't know that there was enough current in this lake or movement to move the body around enough to push it under the seats towards the back.. especially if wearing a Hoodie I feel it...

So.i feel like if rear driver and front passenger than it would create a rush of water sort of blocking you in the driver's seat...imagine sitting on the seat and water rushing at you front the side and the back I don't know if instinct would make you rush towards the running water?

But if the front end was sinking and water was rushing in the back wouldn't that mean she'd have to fight against a current to get to the back? She'd have water rushing in the front pulling down and water rushingnin the back windows pushing down

I never even thought about it til I read your post but if she was under the cover and the car is upside down would her weight pull the cover down to where you could see her, kind of like make it hang like a hammock? I don't know if the cargo covers are hard or soft or if there are both options...

I feel the tow truck driver incident shouldn't be dismissed yet but also isn't concrete...fro. looking at social media from the area there seems to be alot of young girls who resemble keily in thw area...long blonde hair etc...also I'm sure girls of a similar age probably dress slightly similar...
