Almost 2 months ago, I posted that my next post would be when GR was arrested. Here I am, as promised. It took WAY longer than I thought, but better later than never. While I'm thrilled that justice has and will be served, I am, as all of you are, saddened for the 3 beautiful children...
All of you are posting a lot of great sleuthing possibilities, and I will continue to read, however, I will not be posting anymore until Jennifer's killer is brought to justice. I just don't see the point of going around and around anymore. We have the facts and have eliminated the impossible...

I couldn't agree more! People can't be afraid to post their opinions, if they are, then they are doing a disservice to Jennifer. Anyone who is discouraging your right to speak your mind must have something to hide. Jennifer needs your voice!

A - how do we know he even brought his phone with him? If it has a GPS tracker, he could leave it at home. Then, deciding not to run all the way home, perhaps he called ES from a phone at the Y?
B - If he's out...
So to put it all together, based on what we know, here is my own hypothetical account of that morning:
-JR is killed either in the house or in the van.
-GR drives van to Pharsalia, dumps JR's body
-on the way back into town, throws the phone out the DRIVER's side window, across the road...
What still drives me crazy is the lack of explanation of how he goes from
- "I've given up all hope of finding her" after a few days
- "Some days I have hope, some days I don't." after 7 weeks
- "There's not a doubt in my mind that we'll see her again" just 2 weeks after that?
IIRC, the Y provided LE with tapes from that day when they first noticed he was there during a non-routine time for him, and when they heard his wife went missing that same day.
Would be very useful in seeing not only what he was wearing, but noticing any unusual demeanor or odd behavior, if...
