I've literally never heard of a case like this where rape wasn't involved. Since they upgraded it to 1st degree murder, I'm kinda wondering if they're just waiting to add more charges.

I'm in the area, they are wonderful. I feel like in the past few years, especially, they have had new leadership or training because they really seem to care and are on issues very quickly. They busted a big catalytic converter operation, also they keep busting up sex trafficking rings in the area.
