For the most part, this judge is running a tight ship I guess. He does seem to be allowing latitude to the defense, however that ends up playing out.

I am absolutely with you on this opinion! IMO it had to have been total garbage to spout off about a danger 'from others' to Tylee and JJ. They simply put out a shiny object with that statement - look over there - not here. It would be hard to hold your head up after giving those interviews...

To the super-sleuthers here on this incredible forum, how likely do you think that the prosecution can lay out the method of murder and sequence of events without there being a confession? My mind can't even begin to formulate a theory because it is just beyond my comprehension to kill my kids.

I agree, and I don't mean to enmesh the entire family in Chad's sick behavior, but there seems to be a lot of Kool Aid that has been consumed IMO with this family and their associates.

I believe Lori's mother and father were married in 1965 and their first daughter was born in 1966. That is according to Ancestry.com so I believe the mom is married to the father of Lori. JMO

Neither Lori or Chad are human (and I don't mean they are gods!). It is hard to make that distinction - but I can't reconcile it otherwise. JMO

I am guessing that they will say Lucifer got to Lori somehow. You are right - they are all a bunch of nut cases.

I cannot imagine wanting to live in that home but that's just me! Maybe financially that is their only option?

Not to bring up religion, however, would their stake? (sorry not LDS) put out some sort of statement on the children? Seems that would only be right considering how entrenched Chad was in their local church. JMO

IMO there were many red herrings because, after all, Chad wrote fiction and there were so many wild goose chases with the religious aspect because of him. The other thing is it is horrendous to think these two evil people could kill two innocent children and it is beyond the pale to think...

I would LOVE to hear from Lori's family now. They are a big unknown factor to me so a public statement would be enlightening.
