Be honest... has anyone here forged their spouse's signature?... even if for non-consequential efficiency? I think most have it could be something simple like both parents signing a child's report card or a time share weekly booking request. I could do it fairly well I think... but a real...

We all know the answer. I wonder if he knew ANYTHING AT ALL about her debts? Didn't he get alerted that she was changing the beneficiary of life insurance? Or is that me re-remembering it wrong?

She could not be that dumb IMO. I think she knew in the long run she might say he apparently was using fentanyl behind my back.... but that is really hard to imagine the jury believing she did not see that behavior and symptoms on that stuff.

She would have been better off to go on the street and buy fentanyl from a random drug dealer.

Did Kouri say anything about Eric sometimes using fentanyl?

To me, that is so that Eric can lay there without medical aid a little longer and have a greater chance to die.

Man, I agree. She is a bad actor. The details she spoke of sounded forced and awkwardly delivered. geez I wouldn't be any better at acting than her....but then again, I am not going to plan to kill my spouse and thnk that I could possibly get away with it.

Well.. to be a doctor you've pretty much got to be very smart. Most of us would concur.... the 6 doctors that came from my high school class of 300 were all top notch students and sharp as a tack. Wayyyyyy smarter than me and 100% more mature.

Sorry too lazy to watch it again. What inane questions did she ask?

But couldn't she shriek or scream out loud with her face showing? I can't cry on demand either. But I've seen other "fake" crying like the woman who contracted out to have her husband killed but it was an undercover cop. Them telling her her husband was killed and at least she shrieked...

I am curious. Maybe an obvious answer, buy why would Kouri no know that hiding her face was a form of deception? Because she knew she couldn't perform and pull it off with her face showing? I would think she had rehearsed that and been able to attempt ro do it out in the open. What do you think?

Again, the real evidence has very little to do with what's in that room other than Kouri.

Reminds me of the scene with the incompetent first lawyer in My Cousin Vinny where the first defense lawyer who stutters is so over confident yet makes everything worse every time he opens his mouth. BTW, great movie.
