IMHO, the ANY Defense would have had an uphill battle. The jury would have to believe in a long string of unlikely coincidences in order to have reasonable doubt. I think the guilty on Count 1 would have happened in every court room in the nation. Very convincing... 1) KR bought fentanyl...
