Even with this it won't work, juries are down to earth people and generally don't fall for lame excuses. BK has no chance of an acquittal or even hung jury IMO.

In multiple interviews with people like this that happened to bring weapons to regular events, they always say they were thinking about the weapon all the time while they were there. Fixating on it. So it makes sense you would instantly drag it out if any conflict arises.
