The inappropriate relationship (sexting) with minor

Sadly it's not just Georgia. This applies to every state that has an age of consent under 18..which is most states!

Small Details that are interesting in the Cooper Harris case, #1

Ninth Hour Development, LLC based out of Atlanta (found on the youtube video of the hearing). From googling I found their webpage was www.ninthhourdev.com but the site has been taken down. The only other thing I could find was: http://www.bizapedia.com/ga/NINTH-HOUR-DEVELOPMENT-LLC.html

Questions and Hopefully Answers in the Cooper Harris Case

I've been confused by this and also the chat at 3:45 with his friends saying he'd be late for the movie (since according to his story he didn't yet know Cooper was in the car, and he had plenty of time to get to the movie if he truly hadn't remembered), and something just hit me. This is...

Federal charges could still apply. The federal age of consent is 18.

Small Details that are interesting in the Cooper Harris case, #1

That's a good point, if he did the age of consent search first. As a step-mom to a 16 year old girl I find it repulsive and just wrong, wrong, wrong that it could be legal for her to have sex with somebody old enough to be her father, but moral and legal are two different things. JMO Edit: I...

The 6 minute phone call when JH failed to talk to anyone

deleted for using full name and being redundant (I need to learn to read all of a thread before commenting! lol)

Small Details that are interesting in the Cooper Harris case, #1

I would be interested to know the timing of the searches about how to survive prison and the age of consent in GA. IMO the surviving prison search relates to the underage sexting/possibly hooking up situation and not Cooper's death as I still believe he thought he would get away with the...

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #9

As usual I am way, way behind so this may already have been brought up but... lol I took notes on the hearing yesterday and what I have typed was "JRH phone records show around 4 missed calls from LH, they played phone tag, talked for abt 1 minute at 4:04 pm" (picking up his "buddy" question...

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #8

For those who are going to the hearing today, will you please post details later? I don't have cable so I can't watch it on tv. I'm hoping to find a live feed but I haven't seen confirmation that one will be available. TIA

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #7

I wasn't timing it to the daycare or his work, just to the lights that he should have turned at, the first set of lights. That is where he first "forgot". Any distance he drove beyond those lights are additional minutes he could have remembered and turned around, but didn't. IMO

That would make sense and be a good defense strategy if mom was not so supportive of him. Her statement that she is not mad at him and that hadn't even crossed her mind nullifies this theory in my mind though because if she was against it and they had these internet search wars wouldn't she be...

I agree to some extent. I am big on smaller government, constitutional freedom and therefore less laws. HOWEVER, when it involves the health and lives of other people, most especially those not old enough to care for themselves, then yes, we need laws to protect them.

Thank you! I just found the episode on youtube so I will have to watch it as well.

I wanted to watch that but I don't have cable. I take those shows with a grain of salt because they are usually biased one way or another. From the little I know I can see the motive for her, but they've been interviewing her for years and didn't have enough. Unless they have new DNA evidence...
