Yes if he crossed state lines it could be federal. However I don’t think that is the theory in this case. Also, & I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating.... I don’t put much credit whatsoever into anything the sister in law has said. MOO. Please do not respond negatively to my own...

Also I just found this out...my friends sister was EG’s nurse at Karmanos last fall-this spring, 1) I didn’t realize she was a patient at Karmanos, not Beaumont as previously speculated..so when he visited her that Friday, it was downtown, not local. 2) she had some VERY interesting observations...
