What a day. I'm uploading my comments from being in the courtroom today. JUSTICE FOR DAN MARKEL WAS MADE TODAY. Now let's bring on Donna.

We documented Wendi's drive that day as she (in my opinion) cruised the crime scene to report back that the murder had occurred.

I'm also not sure on how things are specifically evolving. I believe there is a group voir dire happening at 1:30 and I'll be here for it--or whatever happens at 1:30.

I like it here! It's a pretty laid back vibe and I look forward to exploring it some on the weekends. I guess a beach is just 20 min away. How can you not come? This trial is gonna be one bombshell after another I think. Do it!

Yes! I believe that is him! They brought 2-3 consultants with them. They are smart to know that Charlie's only hope is one errant sympathetic juror.

My courtroom observations from this morning: Jury selection Day 1

I'm headed over shortly to the courthouse to see if I can observe jury selection. If not, I'll be making Wendi's fake liquor purchase/cruising the crime scene trip to see for myself her route. I'm especially interested in eyeballing Charlie's jury consultant so hope I at least get to do that...

I can't imagine Donna not trying to save her golden boy.
