If he's the one that did this I think time would be the biggest reason for leaving her that close. The kids lived with them so if he actually left and went far away to dispose of a body he might come back too late and they'll be up already. That's my best guess.

A comment on a news post from a woman that lives in the same apartment complex said that their washers are outside each apartment. That if you open your door the washers are right there. If this is true then she may have been taken from right in front of her door. Very unsettling.

I really think it's just a coincidence. Imo brianna's murderer was someone close to her. Although all these women going missing in this area is making a lot of people talk of serial killers and such. I know I've always been very aware of my surroundings, but I've been on high alert lately.
