Remember police were interviewing landscapers in the Cartier area? Maybe he did do some landscaping for JG's neighbors? Or maybe those pruning shears were JG's shears that perhaps had gone missing (before the murder)-- now found. I'm thinking too much.
Just a point of clarification - they may list her that way, but if you look at the the Wake County real estate website, JF is not listed as owner. A couple owns all four units, and JF's name is not listed.
If there's a plea deal, does that mean more chance that we (public) may never find out what really went on that night? (the answers to many of our questions, in other words).

For me, 1st degree murder and 1st degree rape is good enough for now....but then again, has anyone seen the arrest warrant?
That's what I was saying, too, Hannie. (I know little of the law!)_ Glad to know you have LE experience - you will be an asset to us as this plays itself out.
I remember several accounts saying she put her ear to the door and that was how she checked on KT. It's many threads ago - so I didn't go back and pull it -- but do remember the ear-to-door verbiage.
Confused and exhausted with the guesswork. Looking forward to concrete info... if/when that comes out! It's a very troubling situation and so glad at least now there is a defendant.
Welcome, Shiokosho! And I wonder about his relationships with women. Was he in a relationship when you knew him? Am curious to know any info about that, given this heinous crime against a woman.

Agree - they want to be sure. In hopes of an update, spoke with a captain of RPD yesterday in preparation for our regularly scheduled neighborhood watch meeting last night (he spoke at the first one last year). We are about 1.5 miles from crime scene. Anyway, I felt comfortable...
His recent mug looks as if he is bare-chested, possibly from a strip-search. So, the blue smock could possibly be something you put on after the search. Doesn't look like something he would have worn - even at a medical job. Not to me. Reminds me of a medical exam smock.
