She was fired after she had been suspended 4 times for med errors. The care home did report her to the licensing board. It is unclear if anything was done.

Interesting that the 2 cousins that are brothers refused to speak to the show but the visiting cousin was interviewed.

I do not think it necessarily means that he will not file an appeal. Maybe he decided to appeal and his lawyers are getting the material ready to file.

To clarify my post the member that called the former member a name that rhymes with witch and was prefaced with the word stupid was a male who identified as being NO's Uncle. His response points to the family members not sharing the forgive sentiment.
