what I don't get is that nobody identified JM yet as being the one. Did they say it was his DNA? I know the victim didn't identify him. Maybe tomorrow's witness?

I'm assuming she went to the hospital, and tests were done there. Don't know what type of tests they do, though.

If someone forced me, I would scream bloody murder. Possibly she was drugged as Nosy said. Or, he played Mr. Nice Guy and maybe even apologized about how his car looked, but promised to take her home since it wasn't safe for her to walk. So she complied. ???
