Well, it isn't just a stolen car. Its the stolen car of a missing person whose life depends on the medication still in the car. I'd say that is enough to justify high bail.

I'd say that him trying to sell the car probably ties him in to this. Also, regardless of what is legally allowed to happen re: shooting on your property, I'd wager that the neighbors are probably better judges of how "normal" that was at this particular property.

They are saying the property (where his car was recovered) is listed in the family's name.
