Here’s my guess: one of the people solicited is talking and says this was planned as a robbery but went wrong and Kelsey died in the process hence the felony murder charge. The DA may not fully believe that story and believes it was a planned murder and the accomplice is just covering it up...

I agree. I’ve had the opinion that SW was strangled from behind since I saw the autopsy results. I watch mma and it’s shocking how quickly a person can be unconscious from a choke from behind. They break that up really quickly because of how quickly a rear naked choke can cause permanent damage...

Agree. Although I also think it’s possible he used a martial arts move called a rear naked choke that quickly cuts off oxygen within seconds and would leave very little time to fight back or cause injuries. I agree. It seemed very in step with the way the trial has been handled in general. As a Georgia resident it struck me as laid back southern and didn't have an issue with it at all.
