I'm confused. The Defense argued that JA's hair was BROWN before the trip.. when she picked up the rental car (not blonde). We knew JA's hair was brown when she killed Travis, and when she saw Ryan Burns.
Regarding the Helio phone... how could it be "lost" if the police collected it? OR does...
I hear it, too. At first my logic tells me JW wouldn't do this, but her body language combined with saying something under her breath doesn't go with the words "You bet" or "You betcha". Dr D was making her look for the reference and JW didn't appreciate it... clearly, JW let her happy face...
I think her lack of remorse is evident. The phone message to Travis, after she killed him, the smiling mug shot, heading to Ryan Burns house, her "no jury will convict me" among other things the jury has seen/heard.
Judge Stevens. Please tell the DT that the next time this comes up you will announce to the jury "Ladies and Gentlemen, the defendant is feeling ill again today". THIS would nip it in the bud.
It would be JUANderful if JM would ask DD if she is familiar w/ THIS article, or find a way to bring these conclusions up. That among the community of her peers, the conventional wisdom regarding legal conclusions should not rely on the self-reporting of the defendant re: BWS.
I see personality disorders as different than "mental illness". Wouldn't it be likely that people who kill, rape, abuse have personality disorders... as well as most people with BPD don't kill. Now, if a brain scan showed that JA's brain was different... like some killers brains... then it could...
I don't think he needs to make an issue of age, because of itself, it can be discriminatory... older jurors, etc. ALV and RS haven't kept up... and other older professionals certainly can and do. JW may be turning off younger jurors, or objective jurors with this tactic. Competence and clarity...
PDF works for me, I had no idea the caller is saying he/she heard this on TV.. What report? And it appears the caller is anonymous? Did you read the article? and especially the comments... the whole thing seems very fishy and dirty... like Jodi-site antics or DT antics.
WS'ers... Have you seen this????
http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/region_phoenix_metro/central_phoenix/jodi-arias-trial-update-was-excused-juror-already-in-hot-water#ixzz2PMoqTsZz
.. "In court records, we found a transcript of a phone call made to Judge Sherry Stephens division phone at 8:36...
And it would be so funny... especially if they thought it was Juror#5 that originated it, and either another '🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬' question popped up... or wondering, worrying "Did we oust the wrong juror?"
