Man, some dark comments in here. My ex husband takes my daughter all over the country, and goes hiking and camping everywhere, regardless of season. He even just impulsively finds places that look interesting to walk around in for a bit. Someone above asked what mother would be okay with camping...
i get what you’re saying, but there are always unknown people around in an apartment complex. People moving in, having friends over, babysitters/housekeepers, maintenance, delivery drivers (Uber eats or DoorDash don’t even look like drivers), etc. There are many strangers and you just don’t...
I mean, I’m in a developed area and my complex doesn’t have cameras. The store down the street from us might have some, but probably not anywhere closer than that.
As a kid, I was in several situations where I should have called 911, but didn’t. It’s like I never felt “certain” enough to call. As an adult, I can see now that i should have. I think maybe the girls just didn’t call 911 because it’s kind of a scary thing to do as a kid.
Honestly though, people only tend to leave apartment reviews when they are unhappy. I mean, I’ve loved my last two complexes, but I never wrote a review.
I don’t think he necessarily needed a weapon to control them right away. If either one had sent him pictures, he could have printed one out and threatened to show everyone if they didn’t come with him.
