Identified! FL - Big Cypress Natl Preserve, Male Hiker, Denim & “Mostly Harmless” July 2018 - Vance Rodriguez #2
I did an overlay with these and everything lined up perfectly on the faces. The eyes , the eyebrows, the mouth, nose, and chin. This is Jordan William Hall. Missing since 2001 from Buffalo New York.
