Praying this case gets solved and justice is served for Gayle's life. I honestly don't see how anyone can say there are no signs of foul-play. There is plenty of circumstantial evidence!

CinNC - Mr. Fleming stated that he didn't know why the poster said she was suicidal.

Frankly, it came out of the mouth of the sheriff himself in a social setting.

Her husband was quoted as saying, "I don't know why they put she was suicidal."

That information was leaked by the sheriff's department and is factual. It has not been released to the public. Most people think the case is closed and that she committed suicide. Doubt that. Haven't heard a word about the autopsy results.

I am waiting and waiting to see what the toxicology report revealed if anything. This was supposedly due back by Sept 7 at the latest. Of couse, my guess is that because of the length of time she was submerged in the water, it will be difficult to prove anything. Somebody did something to...
