I believe they are saying these wheels haven't been exposed to the elements for any significant period of time, otherwise they'd see 'rust' and 'age'. They aren't saying there are no signs of use. Use <> rust / age in my mind. :twocents:

Steve Irwin was such a colorful character, and so full of enthusiasm and joy in his work. I was shocked when I heard that he'd died, but at least it was doing what he loved.
