This case is infuriating to me. We all know who did it. The Stislicki family needs some peace. It’s been over EIGHT years. The defense in this case brought up a Franks Motion they had filed years ago to challenge the search warrant. So, it’s back to the drawing board again.

The vehicle shown was Dani's Jeep. A big question mark that always surrounded this case was how did Dani's car get back to her apartment. This finally answers that question.
The finding of the keys is new. Maybe they found them in the Tim Hortons trashcan? They made note of the location of the trashcan when FHPD was on the stand.
