Tipp City had a decent amount of snow that had melted with some warmer temperatures that week and it rained on Feb 15. If he did go out in the backyard, his shoes were probably a bit muddy. IMO.

If the affair rumors are true, I wonder if she found out and that's the real reason he was out on the couch that night.

The fact that she trusted him enough to just sit on the front step with him instead of running in to where her daughter was is compelling to me. It has to speak to their relationship in a way, IMO. Personally, I could never. But we don't know their dynamics.

Not to mention his complete lack of concern for his girls AND still his wife! Just hooting and hollering and puking from the living room, calling his Mommy first. You couldn't pay me money to sit there if this happened to me for real -- I'd be hysterically running from each end of the house...

I get what you're saying. I don't personally believe that he has committed a crime of this magnitude before. I just don't get that from his reaction in his mug shots and his behavior on camera during the arraignment. I could be wrong, though. I do feel that 8/2011 is pretty significant, however...

Well, the facts we've most recently been told are of the police report filed of JDH going missing in 8/11 under unusual circumstances. JMO, but I think it really may have something to do with this investigation because it *could* lead to prior criminal activity or show some insight into the type...

OMG the charges make me want to scream. Poor, sweet girl.

This choked me up. This makes total sense to me. Not to mention, some of the photos that I've seen of her are so adorably silly (putting grass under her nose to look like a mustache). It's clear that they shared a lot of happiness and love.

Yikes! Wasn't meant to be like that. I completely agree that they are victims and I had no ill intent. I know some posters had asked previously because nobody knew anything about him. I'll respectfully edit/remove my post.

That's what I was wondering. They are all victims! I can't imagine how they are feeling. I believe his mother lives in CA, so she's not in the area. I wonder if his father was JW, or maybe his wife was and he converted to be with her? Who knows. I admit, I knew hardly anything about the JW faith...

Regarding his parents, it looks like his mother was NOT JW. From the obit of her father, he came from Italy (I think) and was a practicing Catholic. His father must have been JW and his mother coverted? I'm purely speculating.
