    You really are in the details! I have no answers, but I did wire LDS churches and stake centers that look very similar to that building. They were 100% framed of wood, no steel studs or beams, and to me they seemed like a bonfire waiting to be ignited. JMHO

    As I understand it, the windows were blacked out so I would be very surprised if he knew who he hit. Again, I haven't heard anything about a scope.

    Early reporting was that the shots were fired from a nearby rooftop into an unmarked transport van. Like the Vegas mass shooting, it doesn't take a marksman to hit sheep in a pen. I saw a video of the rooftop and it looked considerably closer than the ones in Butler and Washington, to me.

    I haven't heard anything about a scope. My suspicion is that he wanted to shoot up ICE and wasn't aiming that well.
