    You are recalling correctly. It was reported in a MSM article that Kam was babbling/baby talk when questioned.

    BBM I seriously doubt that. Why then did they specifically say in the affidavit that Leila was not captured getting into a black car? If there was any video of her getting into a car, beside SR's, I believe the FBI's press conference would have pictured that car as well as SR's.

    Yes, it's circumstantial evidence on the kidnapping. However it's compelling circumstantial evidence. I doubt he was seen alone with Kam on video, but who wouldn't think he was the one who dropped him off, when his car was at the apartments, verified and coordinated with his phone location.
