Why do you think he took the Radley purse, because he had to have taken it and why were her bank cards not in it. It's clearly the type of thing you would keep bank and credit cards,id's, money in.

I've only been able to find this about the holiday "82-year-old Doreen Nixon, said Mr and Mrs Stirling went on holiday 'on Friday'." I'm sure I read of another stating that the box was put on the car Thursday and thought they were going on holiday. I don't see how they would have had time to...

Not well but I know he's friends with him and that's all he said, was that JP didn't like MS, the only one who did was KS. And are we sure MS really went on vacation? The only thing I can remember reading is that the neighbors thought he was going on holiday because of the box on top of the car.

I can't give you a link, it was a friend of JP's. I also think that he was a suspect the day he went with JP searching. I think he was a suspect from the get go.

I don't think the tape was to keep him from seeing her face. I think he was planning to take her alive to another location, probably his empty grandmother's house, until which time he got what he wanted, money or whatever, a promise to do as he wanted, anything. He used the tape so she...

I know a lot of people think the shed is too trivial to murder someone over, but people have been killed for a lot less. No matter what you think of the quality of the work, it was still a lot of work. If they hadn't had a falling out about it, I think it would have been finished, as it...

But just to have a cadaver in a vehicle would not be conclusive as to where the crime occurred.

As far as the COD s concerned, I'm sure I read somewhere that she was murdered in her home. Surely the only way they could say this is if there was blood at the scene. Seems if it was some form that didn't involve blood they wouldn't be able to say exactly where it occurred.

GUILTY CO - Shawna Nelson on trial in the murder of Heather Garraus

I felt so awful when I found out about this. She was staying with friends in another state going to school. The thing is, if her mother had still been alive, chances are she wouldn't have been there to be in an accident. This whole thing destroyed so many lives.

I totally agree. At first I thought it must be something more sordid, but now I truly believe they had a massive falling out about this summer house. I believe the police had already been contacted about it.
