They don't deserve what, exactly? For the truth to be told? If you were murdered, wouldn't you want all people involved to get arrested? And also, if CW is not the (sole) culprit of those three murders, there is a lesson to learn from what happened there so it can be prevented from happening...

From what I could see after studying parts of the case, a lot doesn't fall in line with his confession. And also, how did he technically have the time to do all that by himself? Honestly, it's this last question that's made me question whether he acted alone or not...
