$400k was very high. I go back and forth on expert testimony because for every defense expert, there's a prosecution expert. I don't live in Massachusetts, so I know nothing about the political environment or corruption. I just continue to come back to one basic train of thought - what is that...
We snowbird in North Myrtle. I started following it when the news broke that they were arrested. I couldn't believe a deputy coroner was arrested. This trial is wild. I felt so immensely sorry for her daughter, who testified this week. I thought she would throw up from nervousness on the stand...

I listened to both trials. I have a strong opinion, and if I were sitting on the jury, I'd vote guilty of at least leaving the scene of an accident that caused a death. I believe the evidence of the "black box" from the SUV. I believe the health data from...
Thanks for covering this case. I came in thinking this would be a popular thread. I've been glued to the trial of MJ. Watching her facial expressions has captivated me.
And she sure had a LOT to say on Television. I will have to unplug from the internet and my television if she's found not guilty. She'll be plastered on every show that airs and every podcast with a hot mic. <eyes rolling> Then comes the book. Hell, she'll be a consultant on every case AJ has in...
I understand I am in the minority here. I'm sure you will all get your wish of a not guilty verdict. And if that's the case, then I'll settle for the fact that KR at least has had to sit in a courtroom and go through the process. And perhaps the next guy she sets her sights on will have seen or...

Sorry, but the best training tip I have ever received is to teach your dogs the words "LEAVE IT!" for that very reason. If you drop medication, dogs WILL go for it. Leave it! is absolutely necessary so that dogs will not scoop up a pill. Now, they might sure spit it out after gobbling it up off...

Horrendous! This is absolutely horrendous!
In their post-conviction interview, it almost sounded like they want to now get some justice for their first child's death - sounded like they are working with the district attorney's office regarding the first death.
The daughter (self-employed with husband owning a business) worked that day and typically had the baby at work with her. She was finished at work mid-day. She said she normally took the baby with her to hair appointments, doctor appointments, etc. She did ask her mother (grandma) to babysit this...
