I had no idea a body could decompose so quickly. Maybe it's hard to come to terms with the fact that what feels so solid and permanent (our bodies) can just disintegrate like that. Frankly, it's freaking me out.

I hadn't heard of it either and am shocked this thing exists (not that it shouldn't, it's just -- so grim)!

Every day since Hannah went missing I was hoping she'd be found - and of course I knew it would probably come to this - but it still feels shocking and just heartbreaking.

I wonder about this too. Do you think they have tried to get him to talk, and what can they legally do? It is beyond frustrating/maddening to think there is one person - most likely - who knows where Hannah is, and won't tell. I can only imagine how her family feels.

So JM doesn't have to answer any of LE's questions now. Is he required to answer questions during the trial; or can he invoke the 5th for all questions and/or not take the stand at all?
