There is, LE's not saying anything OR not much in the truck or with the footprints.. My heart goes out to all her family and friends, she was loved by many many people..

I couldn't agree with you more, as I've said before IMO there's too much lack of evidence. Seems all is dependant on the TOX results. They're pretty closed lipped on everything else... seems that's all they've got but who knows, LE spent a lot of time at MLs place and ol ML doesn't seem to be...
I still say LE are scratching their heads on this one - had they not taken so dang long to search the river and/or her cell records they would have a clearer picture of what may have took place.. IMO the accident theory doesn't hold up because of that first cell ping.. Does anyone know how far...
Does anyone know if ML's vehicle was searched I'm sure it was but I don't remember reading about it..I kind of sense LE don't have as much evidence as we'd like to think, I wondered why they didn't search the river a little sooner. I don't think they'll have anything solid to hang their hat...
I agree with the last poster, they may have gone for a ride after dropping off ML's daughter, in the interview he did show his dismay of having to drop her off, almost like she cramped his style.. He's just too wishy washy if you compare his two interviews - it seems LE are still scratching...
LE won't say anything about those footprints, just that they're walking away from the truck, won't breath a word about the SIZE, hmm why? One thing I remember about mud, when I was a teen I used to work the fields and change the irrigation pipes in the fields and orchards, you would be surprised...
I suspect LE are having a difficult time with what evidence they have gathered thus far, she was in the water an awful long time, they may not be much to work with even when the TOX come in. we all know they have a trove of evidence from that phone..IMO it doesnt seem possible she left ML's...
whoever took her phone threw it in that field but once she was reported missing they went back to the field to find it but they couldn't find it right away because the grasses were too tall, just an observation.
I'd like to know when the phone first pinged what the field conditions were, if it was muddy and how tall the grass was.. What the distance is from the ping to the levee where it was found..
