Absolutely unbelievable. That’s low even for a criminal. It also says in the charge that she was bringing drugs into the jail. Wonder to who?

Oh, I fully believe she’s out to only cover her own butt. But she pretty much glossed over the “you’ll regret it” that she said to TBSr after the report to DCS, and made it seem like that was the first she had heard about EB missing. I would love to see TBSr come out and say she knew. MOO

With AB commenting now, I wonder if TBSr will come out into MSM and dispute what she’s saying.

Methinks this is a whole load of hooey. If she loves MB so much, why isn’t she in the court room “supporting” her?

Does she need official ME confirmation when we all know the likelihood of it not being her is next to nil?

I agree @BHughes. I think, although it’s not a popular opinion, that MB was failed on so many levels growing up, it shaped who she became. What happened to Evelyn, intentional or otherwise, is unforgivable, but I have empathy for the life that MB led as a child herself.

I’m not sure. She was arrested on February 25th, after being at the police station for several hours, and I’m not sure she was questioned again after that. I thought there had been a link that said she wasn’t interviewed by LE again after her arrest. The searches of the pond, trailer came after...

I’d say proximity plays a big role in that difference also. I assume that if the paternal family was local and had been involved with EB on a regular basis, they would have had the same level of scrutiny.

As to the Texas trip...(and not to drag EP up again but it fits the timeline in my mind) IMO that is where the pictures of EB with EP have come from. They look like they are in a hotel and EB would have been around that age in October.
