Personally I don't think this kid intended to kill Jenise. I think he had a hard time keeping her quiet, or heard someone coming, or whatever and went into panic mode.

This perp will get busted by trace evidence and their own panic. In fact I do believe the perp will be arrested very soon and knows this.....I think this is sadly going to end with more questions than answers because the perp will take their own life. Jmo

Probably because we don't have all the facts yet. People come out of the woodwork in these cases to put their two busybody cents in on the perceived defects of the parents. All I know is that Jenise looked like a loved little girl, not a haunted neglected child.

I was thinking over this whole transient offender thing, and it dawned on me that many of these people have cars. If they are living out of their vehicle, it would be awesome if they were required to report the identification info about the vehicle. It would be much easier to spot the creepers...

Well there is the picture of her standing next to the other little girl, and she doesn't appear to be much shorter. I guess an estimate could be made on that basis. My four year old is 42.5 inches tall, so I think 3 ft is not right either.
