Thank you for the welcome. I had read that one of his friends reportedly said SS wanted to make Puerto Rico a permanent home. With so little known, simply digging for any pieces to put together. Who knows if a permanent move to PR was actually planned.

Is there anything else known about early reports that SS was planning on moving to Puerto Rico? One of his businesses was Sigma Investment Strategies, headquarters in Puerto Rico.
