I totally understand the frustration at wanting the information NOW. It took 9w last time. AK is higher than missing person, but it would all depend on what that queue looks like. LE in this area (in the state?) probably all use the same lab (assuming they have to be certified or quality...
I think PPD stated that the lab gives priority to cases based on the charge. At the time it was "simply" a missing person case so it took longer. Hopefully the AK charge will move them up in the queue.
His DNA was collected after his arrest. There is a subpoena for it that was released along with the arrest warrant. You cannot collect his DNA from the car as the source....but you can get his from a swab and then compare what is found in the car to confirm or exclude him.
Quoting myself to add one more thing after rewatching the HF interview:
3b - The whole "partly responsible" comment makes perfect sense beyond the explanation he gave
That comment, as odd and rambling as it was....helps explain several things to me:
1 - the calls to HF from EA's phone (it was rumored/talked about that her phone was dying - yet she made calls on her way to the garage and then it pinged way later 447a)
2 - WHY HF NEVER REPORTED HER MISSING...
No one is implying you are Keith (or Frank...or anyone).
The reference was b/c it was mentioned that the ad was upside down in this forum that he is reading/watching what is being said.
The Hi Keith! Was to him - not directed at you specifically.
Plano and Allen are large suburbs of Dallas. Are there parts of the metroplex that are rural? Of course - this is a very large area, but for the most part Plano and Allen are pretty built out. The roads we think EA took are regularly traveled for the most part - like anywhere, 3a-5a isn't...
You're not the only one!
What I understood:
1 - Her house keys went missing at some point during the evening. Jonni mentioned that it was odd b/c it was on a "lobster claw key chain" and someone would have to have taken them off.
2 - Photo text to HF around 230a of her hand w/2 keys. Viola...
Not up here in Frisco either. Ours is next business day. Our normal day is Monday so the holiday delay gets us regularly - Tues mornings those trucks are running through our alleys all day.
I think anytime after 9/3 when they had already caught him in a few lies and took the first look at his car that he didn't do anything further b/c he was on the radar at that point. I would HOPE that he was being monitored for the very fact that he was caught lying about multiple things...
Thanks for confirming! I did see that garbage pick up for him was either Wed or Thurs, so it definitely wouldn't have been sitting there through the following Wed, 9/10.
A week? Normally ours are the next business day up here in Frisco - not a week later. I know someone posted the days earlier, I'll check them out again.
