I'm not sure if it was in Juan's book, or in an interview he said he didn't order an xray of JA finger as he didn't know she would say TA previously broke it. My question is if JA got a new trial (don't believe she will), wouldn't the prosecutor order her to get one and then use those results...

Absolutely not! From all of TA texts and emails he was clearly done wirh her. The idea that he knew she was coming is absurd IMO
