Don't get me wrong, i still think what Brenda did was despicable and she deserves all that she gets, but If i were her attorney, I'd really play up the fact that her motive - that with Kendra out of the picture he would come back to her, was completely sound. BECAUSE HE DID.

I would think if Brenda had just waited a little longer, Kendra would have figured out what a douche this guy was and broken up with him. Still on his phone plan? Still talking to her? Employing her mom!? A recent abortion? Oh dear, those aren't just tiny red flags, those are huge. I'm so sorry...

I am kind of stunned that Ricardo Paniagua was still communicating with delgado and reached out to her on the day of the murder. Wow.

IMO - EA doesn't remember what they talked about because he wasn't really paying attention. Just getting to his car. I dont ask mild acquaintances who they are texting, either. I respect their privacy. I think he walked to his car , got in, and didn't give her another thought. Now he realizes...
