Maybe they murdered the child because they didn't want the injuries to be found out? They are so obvious when the two pictures are side by side. Maybe they didn't kill him out of anger, but in a cold blooded, calculated way. All the blood? Did they find some kind of saw to use? It's too horrible...

The difference is like night and day. In the first picture, he looks completely normal. In the second, he has no life in his eyes. His mouth looks like it is fixed in a grimace. His eyes look sunken (was he dehydrated?).

What about the grandmother, cousins and others? Did they know what was happening, and tried to conceal it as well?
