Being in the Healthcare field, I think that is true for most states.

I know with many of these cases it is never found out or released, but I would like to know the motive and how he came to pick them? I feel there is always something deeper but sometimes it was just happenstance.

Lol I can say I was a runner when I was plastered trying to get back to the dorm. That was 30 yrs ago though.

I think it was more in that someone may have seen something or someone and just didn't think it was important where it may be.

That was repelled in 2011. Currently, all types of knives are legal in Arkansas, including karambits. The law of Arkansas only considers carrying a knife illegal if the person intends on using it for unlawful purposes, or to cause harm.

Granted that was decades ago.
