Did I read somewhere that he told the police that his wallet, containing his license and $40 cash, was stolen during the "robbery"? If so, he just gave himself away because didn't he use his license when trying to purchase a new truck? Correct me if I'm wrong.

KLFY is reporting this on their FB page: On May 31st of 2012-- just weeks after Mickey disappeared-- he filed a motion to be removed from the sex offender registry. He had a hearing scheduled on August 9th to try and remove his name from the registry.
