The case of Sandy Andrews certainly haunts me. Sandy left work after 11 p.m. on 11/16/90 as I did from literally across the parking lot. Of note, I do not recall seeing her or her car (Mercury Cougar). Car was found on 13 at old Guns&Goodies location. Personal belongings on ground and keys...
