I think a lot of the confusion in the time she was last seen, time last call was placed, time phone pinged can be attributed up to sloppy reporting.
All of this could be cleared up with a good solid press release with a timeline of the factual events. Apparently this isn't going to happen...
It's a relief to know they are finding these remains and can perhaps give closure to some families, but I can't understand why they're concentrating so much on the Tidewater Rd area (aside from it's proximity to HE's condo and the discovery of human remains). I'm assuming they have information...
I don't. Information I've found says AB lived in Little River (northernmost area of Horry Co, borders NC) and I found something that said she was found 7 miles from her apartment but doesn't mention the specific name. Will keep looking.
Always possible, but where Amber was found is under an overpass and quite remote. The only people who would be traveling through there would be the few who live there.
One common thread I keep going back to with the BD, AB, and HE cases is that of boat landings. I don't recall an actual boat landing where AB was found, but it is within walking distance of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Then again, in this area, you wouldn't have to go far to be near some body...
Amber's car and body were found in a somewhat remote area under a new highway that connects to SC31, not somewhere a person would likely just pull over. It would be quite useful to have a solid answer about whether or not she ever worked at TK.
