Don't see any active police searches on the tape of the Fox29 video, but he the Fox29 twitter has two still images, one of 5 men walking through a cornfield, and one of a police vehicle parked on a grass path that borders the cornfields...

At the time I posted we were discussing the upper field, and someone asked if the spot JP was found was higher up. To which my reply "the area north of the field is heavily wooded". I was referring to the upper (north) field. And i posted the Bing picture.

CD stated he used the backhoe to bury JP, so I'm thinking it has to be an area that would be accessible to a large piece of equipment. That area to the north of the field looks heavily wooded, so not sure he would be able to get to it?

Yes I believe you are right. Was trying to figure out how to find the date of the Bing image, but not able. Based on lack of foliage would estimate it was either Jan-Mar 2010 or Nov-Dec 2010

Good post Lou, noticed in the set of images that you posted the first image is from 6/6/2005, and the road that leads from the house to the field where the dig site was located and beyond to the farther field is not present. It was reported that CD's family purchased this land sometime in 2005...

Just saw interview on local news, Fox29, with a Philadelphia attorney. He states it is unusual for DiNardo to agree to confession only if DA takes DP off the table, since if he was found guilty, with his documented history of mental illness, he probably would not have received the DP anyway...
